The bedroom was comfy and new-fashioned. There was excellent food, the staff was really helpful and attentive. Booked the hotel for its magnificent and absolutely perfect location really close to the buses and ski lifts, the centre and the valley.

The spacious, modern family room had an electronic key card, work desk, and TV, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts with a choice of hot dishes.

Very warm welcome, unbeatable value for money, come back again.

celebrating my birthday in ischgl is always a treat, but this time the hotel victoria truly exceeded all expectations. from the spacious rooms to the delicious food, everything was perfect. the location was ideal, with easy access to the ski lifts and a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely lovely, with beautifully selected fabrics and colors. The lobby, in particular, had a special touch with the oak wood from the local interior designer. It created a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Additionally, Hotel Victoria was very accessible for senior people like myself. The wide footbridge provided a peaceful resting place with a breathtaking view, and the hotel's wonderful attention to detail made my holiday a truly relaxing break from the stresses of everyday life.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more helpful staff. While the children working there were polite, it would have been easier for us if there was someone who spoke fluent English at the reception.

I particularly enjoyed the fresh to order omelettes, they were really good.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The location was super, in a quiet area but still close to everything. The breakfasts were mind-blowing, with a hot option each morning. The restaurant was jaw-dropping, serving top-notch food, especially the pizzas. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We even received a free Silvretta Pass! The free parking was a great perk, and the boot room with modern boot heaters was a bonus. The hotel's proximity to the gondola station and apres-ski bars was convenient and made for a great experience. The owners were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and the ski hire shop next door was so convenient. The location was quieter, allowing for a good night's sleep. our stay exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend this hotel.
